Ive used BarkBox in the past and was thrilled with their products. Unfortunately I have not had the same experience with Pupbox.

The items I received in the first two boxes were just okay, nothing remarkable. But the third box I received today was the most ridiculously cheap junk Ive ever seen. Ive seen nicer items at the Dollar Tree. My puppy hasnt even expressed the slightest interest in this months selection.

Seriouslywont even play with the two cheap toys included. So, I do the smart thing and cancel. Only you cannot cancel. They say I still have eight boxes comingregardless of the subpar products Im paying for at a premium price.

Totally unacceptable. I dont ever want to spend another dollar with this company. I will fight this. What an unscrupulous company.

I recommend you do not get tangled in their web. This is a scam.

Awful experience still not resolved. I was extremely dissatisfied with the box and it's contents.

This was my first box and I also wanted to do the 12 month subscription. Because the first box was so disappointing, I decided I was not going to be happy continuing for 12 months. I reached out to customer service and kept getting the terms thrown at me and no one willing to make it right. Do not buy!

Only one toy included in the box and it was a simple rope I can get anywhere. I've gotten other boxes before and always loved the toys and items included. This box contained much less and things that made no sense for my pup. Stick with bark box and bully make box.

Very disappointing experience with the box and customer service. Terrible way to do business.

If I could give zero stars I would. I signed up with a promo code that ended up having me commit to a 12 month subscription that I was not aware of.

I ordered the box thinking it was just a one time thing for me to try the product. The product itself I ordered for a large dog and all the items are extremely small. All the toys are terrible quality and a small Chihuahua would be able to rip it up in no time. I reached out to customer service to let them know that I no longer wanted their product , they were no help and extremely rude, saying that there was nothing they could do.

After days of going back-and-forth they finally agreed to put me in for three months subscription.

I only agreed to get out of the 12 month however, I was not notified that the price would increase because now it was only a three month subscription , so now I had to pay the increase for the same product. Horrible customer service.

I had called them in October to cancel my subscription because I couldnt afford it and then somehow before by that time and when I move, my dog got sick and she passed away I I didnt think to update my address or to let them know or anything because they didnt charge me in November so I figured OK that they actually just canceled so when they get this they take my money out in December And then I was like wait a minute you dont know and so I Getting a hold of them and they told me I shouldve updated my address and let them know so its not their fault and I said my dog passed away and theyre like oh well were sorry about that but still you have to pay for your subscription. They refused to refund my money.

They refused to either resend the box so that I could give it to somebody else but theyre not doing anything. They said they wanted to charge me an additional $25 to resend the box that because I shouldve thought in my time of moving and grieving that I shouldve updated pup box.

They will not let u cancel! They will keep charging you every month. They trick you into subscribing by calling it a monthly subscription but it's really yearly and they charge monthly and will not let you cancel early.

Dont need dog bowl, leash, and other useless supplies! They dont allow returns, and I cannot block shipments of useless everyday essentials of bowl, leash, carabiner, non-functioning sticking toy, or squeaky toys decimated in 90 seconds. Request for large toys ignored. I have dog supplies, want toys and treats. No phone contact offered, just email. Customer service rep will not escalate to manager/ supervisor. Refuse to cancel! Petco does not care about customers! Bark Box better quality!!

Cancellation

I want to cancel my subscription. Tried to cancel and my call was not answered. I had to put in all of my information just to be disconnected. I was not happy with the way I was trying to get in touch with some one just to be hung up on. Very unprofessional

I tried everything to cancel. No, you cant cancel you signed up for six month subscription. The boxes do not apply to my 60 lb puppy. You change my subscription to 3 months so paying $30+ for a box that has toys and treats inside for a very small dog. The kong tennis ball is for a tiny breed as well as the treats. Tiny, tiny pieces dont go well with a large puppy. I dislike this subscription box very much!

I cancelled my subscription in April and began getting charged again in July and August. I have an email from August apologizing and assuring I would not get charged again. Yet I was just charged again and they will not refund my money until I get the box and return to them which will take weeks! I should not have to wait when it was their error.

I tried to cancel the subscription due to my child no longer needing it (our pup passed away) and was told Id be charged since more money since we only utilized the subscription for one month as if that was on purpose. I tried contacting corporate as well and was told to leave a voicemail. They are still trying to charge my daughters card as well even though Ive reached out to let them know we need to cancel.
